Andrea Kirwin’s school holiday program

August 15, 20241 min read

Peace Run Records is holding its first school holiday music workshop with Sunshine Coast singer/songwriter Andrea Kirwin from September 17-19.

Andrea, who owns the Nambour record label and boutique studio, says the three-day event will cover a range of topics from learning how to create music to performing.

Open to ages 8-15 years, instruments will be provided but if your child already plays an instrument they can bring that along.

Andrea says there’s no pressure for kids to perform, and no prior musical knowledge is required, just an eagerness to listen and participate.

Cost is $55 for one day or $150 for three days, and the classes will run from 10am-3pm.

Children are to bring lunch and a water bottle.

Peace Run Records at 14 Queen St, Nambour. Tickets: https://events.humanitix.com.
