Mega-shredders Bring Me the Horizon to light up Riverstage

October 21, 20231 min read

Brisbane City: British metal-core rockstars Bring Me the Horizon will do a royal lap of Australia next year descending on Brisbane Riverstage in April.

The alt-rock band, with more than 13 million monthly Spotify listeners, recently headlined home-grown English festival, Download, where they performed to a whopping 100,000 fans.

But with more than one billion YouTube views you almost have to wonder whether they are video-makers or musicians?

We’ll take them either way.

With an impressive string of accolades under their star-studded belts, including BRIT and Grammy nominations, and multi-platinum selling releases, these five popular lads even made Spotify’s top 500 most-streamed artists globally.

And they cleaned up on our home front too with four number-one ARIA albums over the past 10 years.

Fans can eagerly hear songs from their highly-anticipated studio album, Post Human: NeX GEn, and new single, Darkside, which they unleashed earlier this year.

Joining them on tour will be anonymous, masked-collective Sleep Token (from UK) and Australian acts, metal-core outfit Make Them Suffer, and dark-pop artist Daine.

Bring Me the Horizon bring legions of melodic death-metal fans wherever they go, and Brisbane can expect the same.

And Riverstage on April 3, 2024. Tickets: https://www.ticketmaster.com.au. Riverstage is at 59 Gardens Point Rd, Brisbane City.
