September 6, 20231 min read

Tanawha: Have you discovered the Maroochy Secret Garden?

Hidden in a lush native subtropical setting, the Maroochy Bushland Botanic Gardens plays host to the Secret Garden once a month with folk tunes, gritty blues, reggae vibes and sweet pop sounds.

It’s BYO picnic, so be sure to bring your family and friends to spread out and relax with some nibbles and bubbles, as you enjoy the troubadour’s delightful performances in the pristine Sunshine Coast Maroochy Botanic Gardens.

FEATURED ARTISTS

SOLUA

Lead vocalist Melissa Cambon merges her Brazilian roots with the french Caribbean island of Guadeloupe where she was born to create a world-music melting pot of funk, jazz, reggae and zouk. SOLUA offers smooth and silky tones which transition into a Carnival street party.

SOLAR

Fom Melbourne, Solar is currently performing across the Coast gaining a reputation for playing the guitar “like a wild woman”. With European influences, Solar blends a Middle-Eastern feel with soul and blues. Solar takes her listeners on a journey around the world with distinctive sounds and heart-wrenching vocals. Her performances are a combination of highly-energised guitar artistry, foot stomping rhythms and heartfelt melodies

Reminder: Sorry, no dogs or animals are allowed into the gardens.

The Troubadour Secret Garden is at the Maroochy Bushland Botanic Gardens, 51 Palm Creek Rd, Tanawha on Sunday from 2pm-4:30pm.
