Sunshine Coast live music venue The Station has scored some Australian pop royalty with Sheppard bringing an all-ages show to the shipping container playground on October 25.
Sheppard – which consists of siblings George, Amy and Emma – are returning home for the ZORA Australian Tour which makes stops in Brisbane, Gold Coast and at the open-air Birtinya venue.
Emma and her partner Liam sold their Noosa home last year to move with their Brisbane-based siblings to Nashville, as their band continues to expand in the US.
They are here to celebrate the recent ARIA #1 success of their fourth studio-album ZORA, which they released in June.
It will be the first chance for many of their dedicated fans to hear their new music live.
“We knew that fans back here at home have been waiting for us to return from Nashville to tour again,” the band says in a statement.
“There is no better feeling than being onstage here in Australia and watching our fans turn the show into a massive party.”
ARIA-Award nominated producer and DJ Jolyon Petch will open for them.
Sheppard will play an all-ages gig at The Station, Birtinya, October 25, 7pm. Tickets: https://www.moshtix.com.au.
