The Strokes are coming back to Brisbane, with the New York band set to play Brisbane Entertainment Centre on February 13, 2027.
The show is part of the newly announced Australian leg of the band’s Reality Awaits Global Tour, which will also take in Melbourne and Sydney.
The Brisbane date lands first, on Saturday, February 13, before two Rod Laver Arena shows in Melbourne on February 16 and 17 and a Sydney Summertime appearance at Centennial Park on February 20.
It will be The Strokes’ first Australian headline run since 2022. They were back in the country more recently for Harvest Rock in Adelaide, but that appearance was festival-only.
The Strokes Brisbane 2027
The Brisbane show will be at Brisbane Entertainment Centre, with Courtney Barnett and Promiseland announced as support.
The tour follows the release of The Strokes’ latest album Reality Awaits, released in July 2026. The album is the follow-up to 2020’s The New Abnormal.
A teaser for the Australian tour had already appeared in Fortitude Valley this week, with a billboard reading “Reality Awaits – Australia 2027” spotted before the official announcement.

The Strokes tickets and presales
General public tickets go on sale at 1pm local time on Tuesday, September 29.
Several presales begin on Monday, September 28. Mastercard, Vodafone and artist presales start at 9am, followed by Secret Sounds and Live Nation presales from 12pm.
Ticket pricing had not been announced at the time of publication.
