Ziggy Alberts announces 2027 Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and regional shows

November 6, 20262 min read

Ziggy Alberts is bringing his Twin Flames tour to regional Australia in 2027, including three Queensland shows and a stop in Brunswick Heads.

The independent Australian singer-songwriter has announced a 16-date regional run across March and April, returning to the towns and coastlines where he built his following.

Queensland dates include The Powerhouse in Toowoomba on Friday, March 19, Blackflag Brewing on the Sunshine Coast on Saturday, March 20, and Miami Marketta on the Gold Coast on Thursday, March 25. The tour also heads to Hotel Brunswick in Brunswick Heads on Saturday, March 27.

Most shows are all ages, including the Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and Brunswick Heads dates. Toowoomba is an 18+ event.

His seventh studio album, Twin Flames, has generated more than four million streams and reached No. 6 on the ARIA Australian Albums Chart. Fans can expect new tracks alongside favourites including “Laps Around The Sun”, “Runaway”, and “Days In The Sun”.

“I’m heading back on tour around regional Australia next year,” Alberts says. “We did a regional tour two years ago and it was just amazing: the community spirit, all ages events, families coming together and people taking road trips to come to the shows.”
