Chris Cobb returns to Maleny Lane on Friday

May 15, 20241 min read

PNG-born singer/songwriter Chris Cobb returns to Maleny Lane where he started his musical journey in Australia.

In his third appearance at The Lane, Chris will continue to share the next chapters of his journey through music and personal storytelling, taking his audience on a tour through the eyes of a young PNG boy.

Chris learnt to play music from his uncles in a local string band in the remote region of Bulolo, and was a young music star in his native country, performing with the famous Barike band in Rabaul.

He now lives on the Sunshine Coast with his young family and is a treat to see live.

All those who purchased tickets to Chris’s rained out event last week can use their existing tickets for this show.

Cost: $15

Tickets to see Chris Cobb at Maleny Lane on Friday, May 17: https://events.humanitix.com/chris-cobb.
