Baker Boy and Radium Dolls are among the major acts heading to Fortitude Valley for this year’s Valley Fiesta, as Brisbane’s free street festival celebrates 30 years.
The live music program takes over Brunswick Street Mall on Saturday, October 3, with Radium Dolls returning to the Valley alongside Baker Boy and a broader lineup of Queensland and Australian artists.
The appearance lands in a big stretch for Radium Dolls. The band revealed in its September newsletter that it was returning to the United States for four shows, while latest album Wound Up is also in the running for The Triffid’s Queensland Album of the Year.
At the time, the Dolls were keeping their next hometown appearance under wraps, telling fans to save October 3 for a Brisbane show. That date has now emerged as Valley Fiesta.
