If we are unable to fulfil an order after payment has been received, we will contact you and provide an appropriate refund for the affected item or order.

Some YELO merchandise is produced and fulfilled on our behalf by Printful and may be made to order.

Shipping costs and available delivery options are displayed during checkout where applicable. Any estimated production or delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns, refunds and consumer guarantees
