Music panel joins Gympie Muster

August 23, 20232 min read

Gympie: A panel of music experts will add to the sparkle of the Gympie Music Muster events this week, offering emerging artists a deeper peek into the music-verse.

Industry professionals, artists, and community leaders will discuss everything from behind-the-scenes marketing and business strategies to taking centre stage with confidence.

“From Business to the Stage” promises Muster ticket-holders an opportunity to soak up invaluable industry knowledge with enriching discussions, whether you’re an aspiring musician, music enthusiast or industry insider.

Festival-goers will hear from music artist and QMusic First Nations music officer, Sue Ray, and Australian label manager, and Johnno Keetels, from BIGSOUND, a four-day Brisbane-based global conference which runs on September 5-8.

Artist and Muster Talent Search 2022 winner Brittany Elise and ‘extreme musician’, philanthropist and Muster programmer Oz Bayldon will also speak, with the line up to be hosted by Eloise Gallagher.

For those looking to sink even lower into the music-verse, a booking will be required for a further casual discussion with Sue Ray, also from BIGSOUND.

This one is for those interested in learning about networks related to domestic and international touring, product releases, publishing, First Nations music and culture, and how to apply for BIGSOUND.

The panel is a collaboration between QMusic, Turn Up! and Gympie Music Muster. Could this be your golden networking opportunity to amp up your musical journey?

This event is on Saturday, August 26, from 12pm at the Muster’s The Grove stage.

While 4-day tickets have sold out, day tickets are still available: Gympie Music Muster.
