Night at The Parkland will return to Brisbane in September 2026, bringing nine open-air live music concerts to Roma Street Parkland Amphitheatre.
The outdoor concert series will run from September 4 to 20 as part of Brisbane Festival, with a line-up spanning Australian favourites, nostalgia-heavy live shows and a few big singalong moments.
This year’s program includes The Cruel Sea with Magic Dirt, Katie Noonan performing Jeff Buckley’s Grace, Yesterday’s Gone: The Fleetwood Mac Legacy, Aloe Blacc, The Temper Trap, Human Nature, ICEHOUSE, PNAU and Missy Higgins.
Music under the stars in Brisbane
Night at The Parkland is presented by Second Sunday in association with Brisbane Festival, and is built around the idea of a premium outdoor concert experience in one of Brisbane’s most distinctive inner-city green spaces.
The event takes over the amphitheatre at Roma Street Parkland, perched above the Brisbane CBD, with live music, food and drink, and a more polished open-air setup than your average stand-around-and-hope-for-the-best outdoor gig.
The 2026 season also carries a sustainability focus, with the event highlighting recycling initiatives and renewable energy partnerships as part of its return.

A useful one for the Queensland calendar
For Brisbane, the return of Night at The Parkland adds another major outdoor music run to the city’s September calendar, landing in that sweet spot between festival programming, theatre-style concert production and a big night out in the park.
It also gives Queensland audiences a tidy excuse to catch a run of artists who can still pull cross-generational crowds, from the emotional weight of Missy Higgins and The Temper Trap to the dance-floor push of PNAU and the all-in nostalgia hit of Human Nature.
Tickets are available through Ticketmaster, with shows held at Roma Street Parkland Amphitheatre, Brisbane.
