Grammy Award-winning pop powerhouse Dua Lipa has announced a global tour in 2025, including two Australian shows.

The Radical Optimism Tour will see the UK superstar perform more than 40 shows across the world including New Zealand, North America, Europe, the UK, and South America.

Dua is promoting her third studio album, “Radical Optimism”, which she released in May, shooting straight to number one in 11 countries.

In the UK, the album became the biggest album debut from a UK artist in 2024.

It garnered the highest week one sales from a UK female artist in the country, since 2021.

In the US, the album debuted at number one on Billboard’s Top Album Sales chart, and number two on the Billboard 200 chart, marking Dua’s biggest sales week yet.

The New York Times gave the album its “Critic’s Pick”, hailing it as “an album of non-stop ear candy”.

While Variety declared it is “a joyous blast of pop savvy.”

Additionally, The New Yorker praised Dua saying, “the instrumentation is a gleaming and impenetrable expanse, and the main attraction is Lipa”.
