Nambour: “Glambour” is the launch party for two exhibitions Unapologetically Dressed and Nonsensual at The Old Ambulance Station on Saturday, from 6pm.
The event forms part of Sunshine Coast Council’s leading contemporary multi-arts festival Horizon Fest, which runs from Friday until September 4.
Expect a night of glamour, drag, music, costumes and a lip sync battle. And don’t forget to dress in your best outlandish, razzle-dazzle Glambour style!
The evening will be hosted by local music leaders Andrea Kirwin, Jess Harlen, Ketakii Jewson-Brown, Shaye Hardisty, Fat Dog, Jordyn Burnett and Fiona Harding.
Also featuring is Live Looping artist, Andy V, DJ Jordan “Zorrovian” Brace, Tim Hall AKA The Dutchess, Missy Fitz-Well-Parker-Balls, Andrea Kirwin AKA Joji Michae, plus a host of silent superstar divas.
The party will kick off with a decadent life-drawing experience by HOTMESS at Peace Run Records, so be prepared to be released from normality and ignite your creative fire.
HOTMESS tickets includes free entry to Glambour.
