Post Malone has dropped off the Strummingbird Sunshine Coast lineup after postponing his upcoming Australian and Asian tour dates.

The US superstar had been due to headline Strummingbird at Kawana Sports Precinct in Bokarina on Sunday, October 18.

Rolling Stone Australia reported the change on Thursday afternoon. When YELO checked, Strummingbird and ticketing pages were still showing Malone on the existing lineup, indicating those listings had not yet caught up with the announcement.

The rest of the Strummingbird bill includes Bailey Zimmerman, Cooper Alan, Stella Lefty, Dexter & The Moonrocks, Brad Cox, Cam, Cigarettes @ Sunset, Kaitlin Butts, Noah Rinker, Sons Of The East and more.

Post Malone’s Brisbane show also postponed

Post Malone was also scheduled to play Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane on October 12 as part of his BIG ASS World Tour, alongside Australian stadium dates in Melbourne and Sydney.

Those Australian dates have now been postponed. New dates have not yet been announced.

Rolling Stone Australia reported the postponement on Thursday afternoon, saying Malone had also postponed his upcoming Asian dates.

YELO reported in May that Malone would headline the Sunshine Coast festival and play Brisbane during the same Australian run.

Strummingbird Sunshine Coast still going ahead

Strummingbird Sunshine Coast is still scheduled for Sunday, October 18 at Kawana Sports Precinct. For more around the region, see YELO’s Sunshine Coast live music guide.

The festival will also visit Ballarat on October 10 and Newcastle on October 17.

The updated lineup is available via the official Strummingbird website.
