Splendour in the Grass 2024 – cancelled

March 27, 20241 min read

Australian media is reporting that this year’s Splendour in the Grass at Byron Bay is cancelled.

The popular Australian music festival is still selling tickets for its July 19-21 event at the North Byron Parklands, and only announced its lineup two weeks ago.

Splendour 2024 is expecting headliner Kylie Minogue, and fellow Aussies G-Flip, Tones & I, Arcade FireTash Sultana, and Kita Alexander.

International acts Omar Apollo, Future, Yung Gravy, and BBNO$ are also expected to play.

It follows other festivals cancelled this year including Groovin the Moo, which was meant to take over Sunshine Coast Stadium on May 5.

Splendour organisers are yet to make a statement.

More to come.
