Brisbane/Sunshine Coast punk and metal outfit Citizen Rat have released a new single, “Happy?”, a hard-edged track built around burnout and the pressure of constant online output. The band says the single marks the end of the current version of Citizen Rat, describing it as a final statement before moving into a new era in
