Brisbane’s Riverstage is gearing up for one of its biggest years yet, with a stacked run of international superstars, indie heroes, pop heavyweights and cult favourites rolling through in 2026. From global chart-toppers to nostalgic throwbacks, this year’s lineup has something for every kind of live-music lover — and with Brisbane only a quick trip from the Sunshine Coast, plenty of Coasties will be heading south for these massive nights.

⭐ OneRepublic — 12 February
Pop-rock giants OneRepublic kick off the early-year energy with a huge Riverstage headline show on 12 Feb, bringing hits like Counting Stars, Rescue Me and I Lived. They’re joined by the incredible talents of Zara Larsson and Freya Ridings, making this one of the most stacked pop lineups of the year.
⭐ Halsey — 17 February
Global alt-pop icon Halsey returns to Australia with a powerful, theatrical show on 17 Feb. Expect dark pop, stunning visuals and a crowd absolutely losing their minds. Halsey at Riverstage? Massive.

Two nights later, Kesha storms the Riverstage on 19 Feb with glitter, chaos and all the hits — Die Young, We R Who We R, Tik Tok, Praying. A huge mid-Feb double header for pop fans.
⭐ GIVĒON — 20 February
Smooth-voiced R&B king GIVĒON lands on 20 Feb, bringing emotional vocals and atmospheric soul under the stars. This one is made for people who want a night to just feel things.
⭐ PULP — 24 February
Britpop legends PULP hit Riverstage on 24 Feb, serving up Common People, Disco 2000, Sorted for E’s & Wizz and all the cult favourites. This is a once-in-a-generation show for indie heads.
⭐ Basement Jaxx — 1 March
Electronic icons Basement Jaxx turn Riverstage into a party on 1 March. Expect hits like Where’s Your Head At and Romeo, plus DJ-set chaos and dancefloor energy.
⭐ Big Time Rush — 20 March
Huge nostalgia incoming — Big Time Rush bring the boy-band pop fun to Brisbane on 20 March. Massive for millennial + Gen Z crossover crowds.
⭐ BABYMETAL — 22 March
Japanese kawaii-metal superstars BABYMETAL make their Brisbane return on 22 March, promising high energy, wild choreography and one of the most unique shows on the calendar.
⭐ Pierce The Veil — 8 April
Post-hardcore heroes Pierce The Veil hit Riverstage on 8 April, with a huge fanbase already frothing for this one. Emo revival? Still alive and well.
⭐ Boy & Bear — 8 May
Aussie favourites Boy & Bear bring their rich harmonies and folk warmth to Riverstage on 8 May — a perfect autumn night out for indie lovers.
⭐ Bone Thugs-N-Harmony — 10 May
Hip-hop legends Bone Thugs-N-Harmony arrive on 10 May, bringing decades of classic tracks and pure rap history to Brisbane.
⭐ Motionless In White — 28 June
Metalcore powerhouse Motionless In White take over on 28 June, drawing fans from all over Queensland.
⭐ Electric Callboy — 12 September
The cult German electro-metal heroes Electric Callboy hit Riverstage on 12 September. Expect chaos. Expect neon. Expect wigs, jumps, sweat and screaming fans.
⭐ Ashnikko — 25 September
Genre-bending alt-pop superstar Ashnikko lands on 25 September, bringing one of the most creative, high-energy shows of the year.
⭐ 5 Seconds of Summer — 28 October
Closing out the Riverstage mega-season, Australia’s own 5 Seconds of Summer play 28 October, delivering a huge homecoming moment for fans across Queensland.
