Australia Zoo and some beach swimming top of Violet’s Aussie bucklist

Apart from playing epic punk-rock music with all the legends at Good Things, Violet (pictured to right with bestie and front-person Alexia) says she has a few things to tick off while she’s in Australia.

“I love animals, so I would really love to go to the zoo,” Violet says.

“I would like to see the Irwins do their croc presentation.

“I would love to see the water.

“I would swim in the water if I wasn’t so scared of your guys’ nature over there.”

After suggesting Violet will be just fine if she swims between the flags, Violet questions: “What’s between the flags?”, to which the interviewer Penny explains it’s where Australian lifesavers set up to keep an eye on beach-goers.

And who could also potentially save her should come across any underwater predators to which Penny adds: “maybe you could just pretend to get rescued or something”.

Violet responds: “Oooh, cute!”

Penny then throws in an “impossible” question: “fave punk-rock song of all time?”

After some squirming in her seat, Violet says: The one that comes to mind is like ‘Bottled Violence’ by Minor Threat’. I love that song”.

Penny: “Was that a defining moment for you?”

Violet: “Definitely huge. I had their two, seven-inch CDs in my car.”
