Men’s mental health organisation calls for sponsors

August 14, 20241 min read

The founder of a Eumundi men’s mental health organisation is looking for sponsors to support a battle of the bands fundraiser.

Will McIntyre, from The Journeymen, made the call out on Wednesday morning via Facebook asking for “local music heroes”.

He says the non-for-profit organisation supports more than 400 brothers who are “doing amazing things in our local community”.

“The money raised will go towards our community centre that we are putting together in the Eumundi Heart Hub,” Will says.

“(We) not only support men’s mental health, but allow musicians to show off their skills at the community centre.

“If anyone interested to help make this fundraiser come true please reach out to me. Together we can build a better community.”
