Coondoo Mountain Campout announces Spring Festival

July 23, 20252 min read

For more events like the Coondoo Mountain Campout – Spring Festival see our Sunshine Coast Gig Guide.

Get ready to experience the magic of the Coondoo Mountain Campout – Spring Festival.

Against the breathtaking backdrop of Mount Coondoo, this family-friendly festival brings together music, nature, and community.

And you can even BYO your doggo!

Across three days, from September 5-7, the festival will showcase a handpicked lineup of world-class touring acts and local favourites.

This year’s line-up includes: the Ukulele Death Squad (back by popular demand), Kooii, Kingfisha, Belly Savalas (Melbourne), and Lemonise (Sydney).

Jam & Scones will also perform, as well as Barleyshakes (also returning), JC & The Tree, Tommy Sexton & The Suggestions, and Matt Whitney Trio.

Kids will love the fully curated Kid’s Space and Workshop Tent, packed with interactive activities.

Under 14s are free with a paying adult. And yes you can bring your pooch, just be sure to keep your furry friends on a leash.

The festival grounds boast a spacious, pristine grassy area perfect for camping and caravans, all while embracing an environmentally sustainable ethos with a strict leave-no-trace approach.

Bushwalking tracks are available on site, offering opportunities for exploration, although access to Coondoo Mountain itself is restricted for safety.

Bring your own provisions or enjoy delicious, affordable food from onsite vendors serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner—plus fresh coffee to fuel your days.
