US pop star Selena Gomez has announced her engagement to record producer boyfriend Benny Blanco via Instagram.
The 32-year-old, who is currently promoting her latest song, “Love On”, made the declaration of love with a picture displaying a large engagement ring.
“Forever begins now,” she says in the post.
In the comments, Benny, 36, responds to his finacee’s post saying: “Hey wait… that’s my wife”, which has 222,000 likes at the time of this posting.
Taylor Swift has the next highest comment adding, “Yes I will be the flower girl”, which has 209,000 likes.
The couple have shared much of their relationship on social media, offering up a backyard photoshoot in July.
They have officially been dating since December, 2023, when Selena posted about it.
Benny has won the BMI Songwriter of the Year Award five times, and took out iHeartRadio’s Producer of the Year Award in 2017.
