YELO founder Penny Brand joins ABC Sunshine Coast broadcaster and longtime music advocate Sarah Howells each week to talk about new local music, upcoming shows and what’s happening across the Sunshine Coast scene.

Each week, Penny and Sarah discuss two new local songs and somehow end up covering half the local music scene along the way.

The segment also shares weekly gig highlights from YELO’s Sunshine Coast Gig Guide, helping listeners find everything from backyard gigs and local launches to bigger touring acts rolling through the region.

It gives the scene a regular place on air, spotlighting the artists, venues and events that make this region feel alive.
